Based in Mississippi, we offer age-appropriate, sport-specific training designed to enhance speed, strength, coordination, and confidence. Whether you are a novice stepping onto the field for the first time or an experienced athlete preparing for college-level competition, our goal is to build a strong foundation for your athletic journey. Legacy Performance Collective is a premier athletic training center where every athlete’s journey is purposefully crafted. We reject the one-size-fits-all approach to training, instead, we customize each program based on the athlete’s current abilities and future goals. Our process begins with a comprehensive evaluation to assess movement quality, athletic strengths, limitations, and personal goals. From this assessment, we design a tailored performance plan that aligns with the athlete’s sport, age, and development phase.

All our training is delivered in small groups or 1-on-1 private sessions, ensuring personalized instruction, precise technique, and individualized results. We offer flexible scheduling and commitment-free programs, billed month-to-month, because we believe in earning your trust through performance and results. Our offerings include 2x per week training, unlimited sessions, private training, and online custom programs for remote athletes. Comprehensive Evaluation

At Legacy Performance Collective, we begin each athlete’s journey with a comprehensive evaluation. This assessment allows us to understand the athlete’s movement quality, athletic strengths, limitations, and personal goals. It forms the basis for our customized training programs, ensuring that each athlete’s training aligns with their current abilities and future aspirations.

Customized Training Programs

We offer customized training programs that are designed based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation. These programs include speed and agility work, plyometrics and explosive drills, movement mechanics coaching, flexibility and mobility exercises, corrective

Professional Coaching

Each training session is guided by a professional coach who ensures correct form, maximum effort, and progressive adaptation. Our coaches are dedicated to helping each athlete reach their full potential, providing expert guidance and support every step of the way.


Female Athlete Performance Training

We offer a specialized program for female athletes aged 10-18. This program is designed to build confident, strong, and injury-resistant athletes by addressing the unique physical demands of the female body during adolescence. It includes training in acceleration, agility, landing mechanics, lower-body strength, hip stability, core control, balance, and ACL injury prevention strategies.

Small Group or Private Training

All our training is delivered in small groups or 1-on-1 private sessions. This allows us to provide personalized instruction, precise technique, and individualized results. Whether you prefer the camaraderie of a small group setting or the focused attention of a private session, we have an option that suits your needs.

Flexible Scheduling and Commitment-Free Programs

We offer flexible scheduling and commitment-free programs, billed month-to-month. We understand that athletes and families have busy schedules, so we allow sessions to be booked around school, sports, and family life.
